Procurement Regulations - doing business in Thailand


Thai government has already had Cabinet’s resolution since 2004 to manage the procurement of all government agencies. They have to post Terms of Reference (TOR) and bid notice on both CGD website and website of government agencies’ themselves. In order to demonstrate transparency and accountability to the public. CGD also develop website, www.gprocurement.go.th. This website is public procurement center for public sector.
To discuss this the processes to potential traders and business owners, General Comptroller Department, Ministry of Finance will host a special session to address issues and queries.
