He has implemented and delivered TVO models in both public and private laboratory settings, which have become evidence-based, healthcare management tools for calculating and controlling costs and delivering and quantifying value both inside the laboratory and across the entire healthcare ecosystem.

He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Chinese University of Hong Kong Faculty of Medicine.
