What is the programme?
The Hosted Buyer program selects pre-qualified senior decision makers to attend Medlab Asia and Asia Health, based on their interest to do business.
Buyers will be required to partake in the Matchmaking programme, which is a series of dedicated meetings with exhibitors based on common business interests.
Meetings will be arranged pre-event through an online platform, and have business meeting Hosted buyer lounge at the show.
Overall, this programme ensures exhibitors gain facetime with high-level buyers.
How to qualify as a hosted buyer?
To become a hosted buyer, you must meet the below criteria:
- Be part of the healthcare and or Laboratory industry and actively interested in product / service purchases
- Have purchasing authority within your organisation
- Confirm the level of annual budget that you manage

What am I committing to?
- Pre-schedule meetings with exhibitor through the online platform
- Recommended participation in 8 meetings per day with exhibitors
What will you receive?
- Flight travel costs to be covered by the organisers
- Complimentary accommodation nearby to the venue for up to three days
- Transfers from the hotel to the venue for the duration of your stay
- Exclusive access to the Matchmaking platform to facilitate meetings
